Ravneet is Senior Technology Acceleration Manager at Offshore Renewable Energy (ORE) Catapult, UK’s flagship technology innovation and research centre for advancing offshore wind, wave and tidal energy. She is also co-founder of Newcastle based domestic demand side AI clean-tech start-up, Equiwatt.

She is a climate conservation enthusiast and a cleantech ninja. At ORE Catapult she is responsible for leading a team developing and delivering company’s strategy for engaging with high-growth potential companies. She leads our SME Commercialisation and Collaborative Research & Development department. Helping businesses in driving competitive advantage through innovation, advance technology strategy and speed of execution in high growth environments. Working with a range of senior stakeholders, local governments, academia, large enterprises, startups and investors.

Ravneet is recognized in energy sector as a future leader. She was one of 200 exceptional talent visa recipient in 2016, a highly prestigious recognition by UK gov. She is the winner of Entrepreneur of the Year, Young Renewable Energy Professional by REA, and Rising Star sponsored by National Grid. Ravneet holds double masters, an MBA and Msc from Newcastle University.
