Paul is Deputy Director of Land Transport, Manufacturing and Materials at Innovate UK, part of UK Research and Innovation. He and his team deliver funding and support to businesses working on innovation in manufacturing, materials, rail, connected transport, zero emission vehicles, and connected & autonomous vehicle. The team currently delivers 100s of millions of pounds of support to help UK companies take advantage of emerging opportunities, helping turn technology and business model concepts into successful product and service innovation that boosts the UK economy. This support comes from both Innovate UK and a number of government partners.
