Nicki manages the Food Programmes Team at Tesco and has been working with FareShare since 2015, when the Community Food Connection programme was launched. In 2020, Tesco partnered with Olio to enable even more surplus food to be redistributed. Olio collects on the occasions where charities were unable to collect the surplus food. Since the start of the partnership Olio have saved the equivalent of more than 30m meals from Tesco.
