Michelle T. Davies is EY's Global Head of Sustainability Law specializing in energy transition, sustainability and decarbonized solutions. Michelle's work involves facilitating the creation and financing of large-scale decarbonized projects and finance vehicles, while emphasizing the importance of stakeholder alignment for sustainable success. She holds qualifications as a solicitor in England and Wales and an attorney in New York, and sits on a number of industry bodies including the Policy Committee of the Renewable Energy Association, Chair of the Climate Change Committee Advisory Group, Chair of the REA Finance Steering Group, Climate Bond Initiative Advisory Board, Advisory Boards of Dii and Advisory Board of PLC Energy and the UCL Bartlett School of Environment, Energy and Resources.
