Karin has spent 30+ years creating innovative climate and sustainable infrastructure finance solutions through the public and private debt and equity markets. At Integrity Capital Advisers, she works with capital managers and industrial clients to create portfolio strategies to invest in holistic landscape level solutions that include NbS and the sustainable built environment, primarily in the Global South. Karin draws upon a global track record of transactions in affordable housing, green buildings, renewable energy, regenerative agriculture, stormwater finance, carbon markets and conservation finance in over 50+ countries. Notably, Karin helped lead the sovereign blue bond debt conversions for Barbados and Belize, and developed an investible pipeline strategy for coral reef positive businesses under The Nature Conservancy's mandate for the Global Fund for Coral Reefs in the Bahamas. Karin has an MBA and MPP from the University of Chicago, and splits her time between London and Baltimore.
