Estia works at Eka Ventures, a VC dedicated early-stage Impact businesses. She spent her early career at Barclays Investment Bank on the Internet team before moving into ClimateTech investing last year. At Eka, she spends her time speaking to founders and uncovering trends within the ClimateTech ecosystem. Her latest project involved speaking to more than 70 experts (investors, founders, academics) in the space around what the future looks like for a Net Zero economy.
