Emma Bohan is General Manager and major shareholder of IMS Heat Pumps Limited, a dedicated heat pump installation company established in 1997. IMS Heat Pumps is an Award winning, MCS Accredited company that employs 31 people and operates across Scotland, The North and The Midlands designing, supplying and installing air source, ground source and water source heat pumps in domestic and small commercial premises. Emma has been running heat pump businesses since 2016 and, in her previous life, assisted with the start-up of ECO Heat Pumps, a company that went on to become the leading heat pump supplier of its time, before being acquired by Danfoss in 2008.
