Geoff leads Mura’s Sustainability Development strategy for the global roll-out of its hydrothermal advanced plastic recycling technology. He works with academic partners on independent Life Cycle Assessments which inform the technology development for Mura’s net zero pathway. Geoff also leads Mura’s policy advocacy to build consensus on circularity and low carbon outcomes for plastic waste management, at commercial scale. He is a Board Member of Chemical Recycling Europe and represents the advanced recycling sector on the UK Plastic Pact Advisory Group. Geoff is a published research scientist with more than 20 academic publications across diverse topics including plastics, climate change, flood risk and endocrine disruption.
