CLIMATE RISK: THE IMPACT ON HUMAN SECURITY

01 May 2024
Main Stage
Policy , Circularity , Supply Chain

What are the implications for security of a changing climate? As we tackle the theme of climate risk at Innovation Zero, panellists will discuss how our national defence, health, and food and water security are all under threat due to extreme weather events.

From climate-induced diasporas and species migration, to imperilled food supply chains and an imbalanced water cycle, the session unpacks ongoing and forthcoming risks to the foundations of our societies and economies.
