Description
Following the successful rollout of 49 charge points for The City of London Corporation and the current rollout of 200 plus charge points in Solihull and the county of Essex, Qwello is pleased to have completed the installation of five CP05 charge points in the historic grounds of Doddington Hall estate; with future reading already in place for five additional charge points as utilisation increases.
Situated in Lincolnshire, and built between 1595 and 1600, Doddington Hall was designed by Robert Smythson - one of England’s foremost Elizabethan architects.
The charge points are located in the new car park near the Grain Store Café, Restaurant & Bar and are now open to the public.
Qwello's charge points are the latest addition to the estate’s long term commitment to ensuring a sustainable future for Doddington which includes harnessing biomass and solar sources to power the Hall, shops, cafés and holiday cottages, free walking routes on the estate and the creation of a traffic free cycle track connecting to Lincoln. This aligns with Qwello's proactive approach to environmental stewardship and is a project we are proud to have delivered.
