Madaster is the online platform that enables a circular built environment, allowing you to create and manage material passports effortlessly and unlock environmental and financial insights.

The Madaster platform enables the registration, documentation, and exchange of material data related to buildings and infrastructure and collates this information to create material passports. This transforms materials into valuable resources and enables their continued use and reuse, supporting the sustainable resource management of our built environment.

The Madaster platform:

• Imports material or product quantity and specification information from a BIM file or Bill of Materials

• Connects this with detailed information on those products and material including their material competition, circularity and environmental impact

• Calculates a wide range of environmental and financial insights including circularity, detachability, whole life carbon and residual value.

• Aggregates the passports and insights across a portfolio of assets
• Stores the data securely throughout the life of the asset

• Exchanges data between parties and other digital systems
