SuSy harnesses data to solve the domestic retrofit crisis in the UK..

We use public data sets, proprietary data and smart meter readings to generate digital twins of any domestic property in the UK. For each digital twin, we can analyse which retrofit upgrades would have the greatest impact on reducing energy consumption, increasing property value or improving EPC ratings. 

In 2023, we launched the SuSy House app to bring the power of this data to homeowners; facilitating action through connection to surveyors, contractors, finance solutions and energy saving retail items.

We are also working with Bristol City Leap to develop a platform to support the delivery of government-funded retrofit schemes for low income homeowners and social housing tenants.
