Park Royal NetZero Food Systems – a programme aligned with the goals of UK’s Food Strategy 2022. Focused on Net-zero food supply systems at Park Royal, we will undertake impactful initiatives, encompassing food production, manufacturing, processing, logistics, distribution, and waste management. Our mission is to foster circular food economies, fortify absorptive innovation capabilities, and supercharge productivity levels.
Our primary goal is to reduce carbon costs, enhance resilience, stimulate economic growth in West London. Park Royal contributes significantly to London’s food supply; with many businesses grappling technological challenges in the broader food system.
The consortium brings together Brunel, West London Business, and Harper Adams University. Together, they will address innovation challenges facing the food manufacturing and distribution sector in Park Royal.
