Instinctif Partners appointed as Innovation Zero’s first strategic communications partner

For the first time, Innovation Zero World Congress, the UK’s largest Net Zero congress, has partnered with a strategic communications consultancy, appointing Instinctif Partners to amplify its mission to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. This landmark partnership underscores Instinctif’s unmatched expertise in the energy and renewable sectors and its commitment to driving change through impactful storytelling and strategic insight.
Now in its third edition, Innovation Zero World Congress, which takes place on 29 and 30 April at Olympia London, will welcome over 10,000 business leaders, start-ups, funders and policymakers from across sectors to collaborate and accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy. Past speakers have included high-profile policymakers, innovators and sustainability leaders including Ed Miliband, Greg Jackson (CEO, Octopus Energy) and Rebecca Marmot (Chief Sustainability Officer, Unilever).
As the official communications partner, Instinctif Partners has today launched ‘Zero in Conversation’, Innovation Zero’s flagship podcast that brings together experts and trailblazers to explore how businesses are innovating to achieve carbon reduction goals. Across 15 episodes that will mirror the key themes of the congress, these conversations will put a spotlight on real-world stories, challenges, and solutions from business leaders and policymakers driving the journey to a low-carbon future.
Instinctif Partners will also drive awareness and engagement through PR and media relations, ensuring the event reaches new audiences and amplifies its impact. The work will be led by Tim Field, Ross Melton and Annabelle Duke, Directors and energy hub leaders at Instinctif’s UK & Ireland practice, with oversight from Kim Polley, Managing Partner UK & Ireland, and Head of Corporate.
This year’s Innovation Zero World Congress will be the largest and most ambitious yet, featuring over 400 expert thought leaders speaking in individual and panel sessions spread across 13 forums and theatres, including Energy, Finance & Built Environment, as well as new additions such as Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and Nature, Land & Sea. This year's event will also introduce new high-level networking initiatives designed for a carefully curated audience of investors, funders, innovators, and startups—creating unparalleled opportunities for dealmaking and strategic partnerships directly on the show floor.
The event will also include a press room, hosting a schedule of exclusive press briefings from senior figures, and media interviews across the two days.
