Low Carbon Materials (LCM) develops next-generation concrete and asphalt additives in the race to Net-Zero and a circular economy.
Recognising the dependency on concrete and asphalt in the built environment led to the development of the company's first products, ACLA and OSTO. They have decarbonised projects all over the UK in partnership with key organisations such as Holcim, Tarmac, Skanska, ARUP, multiple local authorities and National Highways.
LCM has been recognised by HRH Prince William and the prestigious Earthshot Prize, a global award that celebrates the most innovative solutions to protect and restore our planet. Their vision is to be a world leader in low-carbon, value-added construction materials and work on some of the world's most iconic construction.
