POWERful Women (PfW) is a professional initiative to create a gender-balanced, diverse and inclusive UK energy sector. Working with business leaders, DEI experts, government, the regulators and aspiring women, we want to accelerate change so that we have diverse talent for the energy transition.
Our goal is to see women in at least 40% of leadership and middle management in the UK energy industry by 2030 and to achieve this we run a number of initiatives to support, challenge and connect.
